The SG-TS24 is a dual-chip LED module built for illuminating 3D channel letters and light boxes. Its dual-chip LED beads deliver high luminous efficiency – around 25% brighter than conventional 24-LED lens strip lights – while a 170° wide-angle lens spreads light evenly to give smooth, even coverage with fewer modules.
Fully sealed to IP67, so it is protected against dust, rain and temporary immersion. This makes it suitable for outdoor signs, shopfronts and damp areas as well as indoor lightboxes. Reseal cut ends with silicone end caps to keep the waterproof rating.
The flexible design allows arbitrary bending to follow letter shapes, curves and corners, and the maintenance-free single-cut layout lets you trim to length every 41.66 mm, with one cut per LED for maximum flexibility. Self-adhesive backing fixes each run straight to the substrate with no screws, saving labour and avoiding welding.
Supplied on a 20 m roll, the SG-TS24 suits both built-up lettering and light boxes, and is available in a range of white temperatures to match any build.
