SG-S42 Flexible LED Strip for 3D Letters – 42 LEDs/m, 6.6 mm

The SG-S42 is a patented dual-chip flexible LED strip module built for illuminating 3D channel letters and built-up signage. Its dual-chip configuration delivers bright, even output in a crisp 12000K ice-white or 3200K warm white, while the flexible circuit board bends easily to fit letter shapes and tight internal curves.

Fully sealed to IP67, so it is protected against dust, rain and temporary immersion. This makes it suitable for outdoor signs, shopfronts and damp areas as well as indoor lightboxes. Reseal cut ends with silicone end caps to keep the waterproof rating.

Engineered for low light decay, the SG-S42 holds its brightness and colour with no fade or colour shift guaranteed for two years – a dependable choice for long-life sign builds. The maintenance-free single-cut design lets you trim runs every 71.43 mm (every three LEDs), and the self-adhesive backing fixes straight inside letter returns with no screws.

Supplied on a 50m roll, it carries 42 LEDs per metre at 10W/m for strong, consistent illumination across each letter face.
