SG-S120 High-Density Flexible LED – 120 LEDs/m, 6 mm

The SG-S120 is a high-density flexible LED module designed for building bright, smooth neon-style signs and 3d lettering. With 120 LEDs per metre – the highest density in the range – and a slim 6 mm profile, it produces the continuous, dot-free line of light that makes convincing neon effects, and the flexible circuit board bends easily to follow tight curves, script and custom shapes.

Fully sealed to IP67, so it is protected against dust, rain and temporary immersion. This makes it suitable for outdoor signs, shopfronts and damp areas as well as indoor lightboxes. Reseal cut ends with silicone end caps to keep the waterproof rating.

Built for high brightness with low light decay, the SG-S120 holds its output and colour over a long service life, making it a dependable choice for signs that need to stay vivid. The maintenance-free single-cut design lets you trim runs every 25 mm, and the self-adhesive backing fixes cleanly with no screws for a fast install.

Supplied on a 50 m roll, it’s available in a range of white temperatures and vibrant single colours to suit any neon design.
