The SG-NC110 is a high-density flexible LED strip designed specifically for building neon-style signs and 3D lettering. With 110 LEDs per metre and a slim 7 mm profile, it produces the smooth, continuous line of light that makes convincing neon effects – while the flexible circuit board bends easily to follow tight curves, script and custom shapes.
Fully sealed to IP67, so it is protected against dust, rain and temporary immersion. This makes it suitable for outdoor signs, shopfronts and damp areas as well as indoor lightboxes. Reseal cut ends with silicone end caps to keep the waterproof rating.
Built-in resistors regulate each section for consistent, reliable output and a lower defective rate, and the maintenance-free single-cut design lets you trim runs to length every 9.09 mm. Supplied on a 50m roll with self-adhesive backing, the SG-NC110 fits quickly and cleanly with no screws, and delivers around 30% lower energy loss for more efficient, cost-effective installs.
