The SG-D72 is a high-efficiency flexible LED strip module built for illuminating 3D channel letters and built-up signage. With 72 LEDs per metre it delivers smooth, even brightness across each letter face, while its high luminous efficacy keeps power consumption low at just 4.35W per metre – bright output for less energy.
Fully sealed to IP67, so it is protected against dust, rain and temporary immersion. This makes it suitable for outdoor signs, shopfronts and damp areas as well as indoor lightboxes. Reseal cut ends with silicone end caps to keep the waterproof rating.
Engineered for a long service life with minimal light decay, the SG-D72 runs at an ultra-low operating temperature that helps protect both the module and the letter build over time. The flexible circuit board bends easily to follow letter shapes and curves, and the maintenance-free single-cut design lets you trim runs every 55.56mm (every four LEDs).
Supplied on a 50m roll with self-adhesive backing, it fits straight inside letter returns with no screws, and is backed by an extended 5-year warranty.
